Three years I've toiled on my own, finding the deepest depths alone, searching for things inside unknown, or for what things I must atone. And through the darkest fear I stroll, past crushing weakness I patrol, to learn why I paid such high toll, Mind and body I lost control. Such a height I have fallen from, Such a shadow I have become, Such a fight, to not succumb, Now laid low, understanding none. My flesh aches and my strength wanes, I crack and buckle, but remain, Standing determined to regain, the life that I had once attained.
